The Dog hased the ightning

One night a girl had a puppy called Midge then one night the light went out.Whilel mum was looking for candles she went under her bed to get her torch.The girl kept the torch for emergencies only then she went to see if her mum needed help.

Then they decided every day after dinner they take midge down to the park.Suddenly one night it started raining.After that lightning came midge went blueberries.

Swimming Pools

Last week the year five students went swimming, we felt happy.We went to the GI Swimming Pools for swimming. Room 14 was excited to jump in the pool.We go to the pool so we can learn how to swim.

When we got to the pools we had to take of our clothes and put on our swimming togs. We put our clothes on the deck. Room 14 walked to the shower to rinse then we sat down patiently to want for our instructor Josh.I was in group 3 with Elizabeth, May, Quinlan and Tiulipe.

Josh told us to hop in the pool carefully. He said lie back and do back strokes. Josh said to swim back and do brain, goggle, cheek. He taught us how to do dolfin wiggle.   


At the end we had to hop out the pool so the other class can hop in.It was a wonderful Excellent  day.
